Following this, the chiropractor will outline a personalized treatment plan and perform your first adjustment.
An adjustment is a therapeutic technique used by chiropractors to restore proper alignment and movement to the spine and other joints, tailored to each patient's individual needs and comfort level, utilizing hands-on movements, gentle tools, or stretching.
